How long before my wedding should I order my dress?If you are looking for a gown and you find the one for you, order it, even if your big day is two years away. |

Do we buy the one we try on?All our gowns are samples and then a gown is ordered in your nearest size for you. If you are purchasing a sale item however, this will then be the one you try on. |

What happens after my dress has been ordered?The dress is placed on order with our manufacturers and we will contact you as soon as it is in store. |

How long before the dress arrives?Depending on the manufacturer it can take up to 9 months at the peak time. If you have left it too late gowns can be ordered but a charge is made for a rush cut. |

When my dress arrives do I have to take it?When the bridal gown arrives, it must be collected within 7 days. |

Do you do the alterations?We can recommend professional alteration services if you require them. |

What time is your last fitting in the day?The latest fitting time available is 30 minutes before the showroom closes. Please check for our opening hours and appointment times |
